Both series are lead by Patti - After owning Body Balance Pilates Studio in Longview, WA for 6 years, Patti brings a wealth of experience. With 9 years as an instructor under her belt, she’s sharing her expertise with us here at Bea You Yoga. We are tickled! She’s already offered two beginner series and the group is growing!
Each series is limited to only 10 students so that more one on one instruction is available to you.
Classes are slow-paced, fun, and educational, allowing you to build a foundation in Pilates. Each class builds upon the previous one, so consistent attendance is highly encouraged to get the most out of this series.
