On Monday and Tuesday (April 27 and 28, 2026) a crew will be at Health Club & Spa to conduct work on the entrance to and the dirt lot of HCS. We will keep the same hours of operation and same scheduled Group Ex classes. However, we ask, in advance, for your patience, please.

- YMCA members will need to park in a designated area in between ABC pools and HCS. There will be a Y staff member out in that area for most of the day directing cars where to park.

- Please do not park in any spaces along ABC Pool’s building. They have been very accommodating and we do not want to disrupt their business.

- There will be a few less handicap spaces, as we will reserve some of those spaces for clients of Head to Toe Physical Therapy.

- As you can imagine, there will be fewer parking spaces than usual, so there could be a time when you might not find a place to park. We apologize and ask that you consider using 62 Turner Street or our fitness facility at Central Maine Medical.

Due to the incoming storm, we are delaying opening tomorrow morning 1/20/2025 till 9am for all fitness centers. There will be no morning classes. Classes will resume at noon. 12:30pm Silver sneaker aqua class is on.
