Most women think the women who feel good after 40 are lucky.  
They’re not.

Well then it must be genetics.
Nope.  

They just stopped following the rules that keep midlife women stuck…
eat less, do more cardio, ignore stress, blame hormones, accept the midsection weight gain and discomfort.

Muscle changes metabolism.
Fuel changes hormones.

High-achieving women are chronically under-eating.

There. I said it. And it makes me super sad.

Coffee for breakfast.�Salad for lunch.�Protein bar for dinner.�Wine to cope.�“Trying to be good.”

Then wondering why:
