Hello everyone,
You may have received an email and / or text from our clinic yesterday (03/03/26). I want to apologize for any confusion that may have resulted. Given the limitations of our texting and email platforms, the messages were sent to ALL of our customers, although most can disregard the content.
It was our attempt to communicate an important policy change: we can no longer accept / provide care for United Health Care (UHC) or Wellcare insurances. We have tried numerous times to become a "preferred" / "in-network" provider for these insurance plans, but have been unable.
After our messages were sent, we received many inquiries, both from customers with UHC / Wellcare, and from many who do not have these insurance plans. Please know, if you do not have these insurance plans, the messages do not apply to you. If you do have UHC or Wellcare insurance, we'd love to continue providing care for you on a cash-pay basis, regardless.
We will continue trying to credential with UHC and Wellcare, and will notify everyone if / when we are successful.
Again, please accept my sincerest apology for any confusion that our communications may have caused.
