At Performance Physio I believe you can achieve your goals with the right medical care, movement, education, and lifestyle changes. Our “More Than PT” approach is how I help you reach your goals.

The current medical standard continues to preach that we are “fragile”, “broken”, “too old” and can only be treated (not fixed) with prescription drugs, injections, or surgery. Performance Physio was created to provide you with another option. Your body has the amazing ability to adapt and heal itself when provided with the opportunity. I want to give you that opportunity.

Healing and adaptation does not come from cookie cutter exercise handouts, ice packs, ultrasound, and stationary bikes. Traditional Physical Therapy clinics contracted with insurance companies continue to follow these outdated strategies. You will find that Performance Physio is different. I stay away from cookie cutter programs and time wasting modalities to get to the root cause of your problem. I provide the tools to address your specific problem and gain independent, pain free movement.
