Today we remember the lives lost to overdose and stand with the families and communities forever changed by addiction. Each black balloon represents someone deeply loved — a child, parent, sibling, friend — whose life mattered and whose absence is felt every day.

At An Angel’s Wing, we see both the heartbreak and the hope. We see the grief families carry, but we also see recovery happening every single day. We see people fighting for their lives, rebuilding families, and rediscovering who they are beyond addiction.

Black Balloon Day is not only about remembrance.
It is also a reminder that recovery is possible and that every life is worth saving.

Today we honor those we have lost.
We stand with the families still grieving.
And we recommit ourselves to the work of prevention, compassion, treatment, and recovery.

If you have lost someone, please know you are not alone. Their memory lives on through the love you carry and through the lives still being saved.

🖤 Fly a black balloon.
🖤 Say their names.
🖤 Support recovery.

Giving Tuesday is a global movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. This year, An Angel’s Wing Inc is participating to raise funds and awareness for our mission: supporting those affected by substance use loss and providing hope and healing to families.
“Together We Heal: Giving Hope on Giving Tuesday”
The campaign invites supporters to come together and make an impact in memory of loved ones lost, and to support those still fighting. Every donation spreads hope and helps us continue our work in outreach, education, and support.
• Every Gift Matters: Your donation—big or small—helps families heal and find hope after loss.
• Honor a Loved One: Make a gift in memory of someone special. Share their story in the comments to inspire others.
• Join the Movement: Be part of a global day of giving and show your support for families in need.
Today is Giving Tuesday! Join An Angel’s Wing Inc in supporting families affected by substance use loss. Your donation helps us provide comfort, community, and support to those in need.

🌟 Community Outreach Thursdays! 🌟

Every Thursday morning, you can find us right outside the Josh Stevens Recovery Community Center, located on the corner of Pine St. & Bartlett St., from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. We will have tables set up with free essentials—hygiene products, feminine care, prophylactics, and more.

This isn’t just about supplies—it’s about connection. Whether you’re stopping by because you need something practical, or you just want to grab a smile and a friendly hello, we’d love to see you. 💙

We’ll be out there every Thursday (until it gets too chilly—then we’ll move things inside the Center). So come say hi, spread the word, and let’s continue to build up our community together!

✨ No cost. No questions. Just kindness. ✨
