While she may be a familiar face to some from her clinical internship she completed with us…she has graduated AND passed her licensing exam (Congrats!! 🎉) and will be building her caseload as a mental health clinician very soon! This month marks TWO years with Meagan here at Avalon! We couldn't be more lucky to have her precense in our office daily! To celebrate 2 years, here are some fun Q&A with Meagan...
☀️Which fictional character do you relate to the most? "Jess from New Girl. A compassionate overthinker with too many hobbies and big feelings about tiny inconveniences. I try to channel her fabulous hair and dancing… but end up looking like a squirrel that’s been left unsupervised."
☀️What’s your favorite smell (coffee, rain, fresh bread, etc.)? "Fresh coffee, a clean house, and a good candle. Those scents instantly convince me I have my life together… even though my fiancé banned me from the Bath & Body Works Candle Day this year because we “have too many candles,” which is a concept I simply do not accept."
☀️Are you an early bird or a night owl? "Early bird, FOR SURE... by 9PM, my brain goes to “Sims mode” and I just kind of just exist without a plan."

Avalon Counseling Services is now accepting Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, BHCP(Behavioral Health Care Program), Mainecare, MMC (Maine Medical Center), MCHO (Maine Community Health Options), Martin’s Point, and EBPA (Employee Benefit Plan Administration, and self pays.
