๐จ Your shoulder pain might not be a shoulder problem. ๐จ
This patient comes in for regular wellness care, and today she noticed pain in her left shoulder. What many people donโt realize is that the shoulder blade relies on proper motion from the mid/upper back (thoracic spine) to move correctly.
When the thoracic spine gets stiff, the shoulder is forced to compensate โ which can lead to pain, tightness, and reduced range of motion.
And this applies to more than just shoulders ๐
Chiropractors donโt only work with the spine โ we care for all joints:
โข Shoulders, elbows, and wrists
โข Hips, knees, and ankles
โข Any joint that isnโt moving the way it should
Because when one joint stops moving well, another joint pays the price.
Wellness care isnโt about waiting for pain โ itโs about keeping your body moving the way it was designed to.
