We are thrilled to officially introduce MaineSail Care Communities—a unified brand born from the long-standing partnership between the principals of Sandy River Company and North Country Associates.
For years, our teams have collaborated to bring Maine’s aging adults the most innovative, supportive, and comforting care in the state.
The MaineSail brand is committed to providing high quality, personalized care across all of our facilities: Breakwater Commons, Fallbrook Commons, Fallbrook Woods, Schooner Estates Senior Living, Schooner Memory Care, Summer Commons, and our newest memory care center opening in 2027. No changes will be made to the names or operations of our existing locations, however, facility signage will begin to be updated to reflect the new brand.
