This is a must try therapy !!! Reduces stress , amazing for cardiovascular health and helps boost metabolism and immune system . This therapy is a private one man sauna and we ask clients to bring a towel to sit on , shorts to wear and flip flops for the shower. Think of it as going to the gym . Have your bag ready to go and enjoy this amazing therapeutic infrared sauna .
