Utopia Fitness is growing and expanding our team, and we’re looking for a strong, high-energy instructor to lead our StrongFit classes:

🗓 Monday & Wednesday – 6:00 PM
🗓 Some Saturdays – 9:00 AM

We’re looking for someone who takes coaching seriously, someone who understands that group training is leadership.

You’re a great fit if you:
• Bring powerful, positive energy into the room
• Motivate without ego
• Teach correct form with intention and precision
• Have real experience in strength training & programming
• Design creative, effective workouts
• Care about people and their individual goals
• Show up dependable and team-oriented

The Young Athletes Academy is designed to support kids as they grow - physically, emotionally, and athletically - through fun, structured, and professional movement coaching with coach

Kids learn:
• speed, coordination & balance
• safe strength for growing bodies
• mobility & body awareness
• injury prevention

Led by a certified athletic & functional coach who leads with patience, empathy, and experience, and meets every child exactly where they are.

Over the next weeks, our trainers will be creating a full video library showing how to use every machine at Utopia Fitness safely, efficiently, and with confidence.

Each machine will have a QR code you can scan in the gym, taking you straight to a quick tutorial on YouTube channel.

No guessing. No intimidation. No awkward “am I doing this right?” moments.

This first video is just the beginning.
Our goal is to make Utopia a place where you feel empowered, informed, and supported. whether it’s your first week or your 5th year here.
