This year, I’m offering a limited number of private Couple’s Sound Healing sessions for you and your partner.

One full hour in a softly lit space, guided by crystal singing bowls and calming instruments, designed to help you slow down together.

No conversation required.
No expectations to “do” anything.
Just shared rest, presence, and nervous system support.

This is a once-a-year Valentine’s offering. My regular Sound Bath for Two sessions are $175, and these sessions are available at special pricing ($125 per couple) for this weekend only.

This weekend’s Full Moon in Leo is illuminating the changes many of us have been feeling beneath the surface. Shifts in how we show up, how we speak, and what we’re no longer willing to carry.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about pathways.

The ones that open easily.
The ones that close without explanation.
The moments when we’re stuck, waiting for clarity.
And the moments when something larger steps in and reroutes us, whether we asked for it or not.

But there’s a particular moment that feels especially tender.

When you already know.

You know what’s asking for your attention.
You know what needs to change.
You know the direction your body is quietly pointing you toward.

And still… you pause.

Because knowing the path is one thing.
Walking it is another.

Embodiment is the bridge between the two.

It’s easy to stay in the mind, circling ideas, intentions, and plans.

But as long as an idea stays in our head, we’ll never hold it in our hands.

The upper chakras help us imagine and articulate what we want. The lower ones help us act, stabilize, and move.

And they meet at the heart.

This is where sound and energy work become powerful. Not as something to think about, but as something to experience. Something that helps awareness drop out of the head and into the body, where clarity becomes felt instead of forced.
