For the safety of our patients and staff, our office will be CLOSED on Friday, 1/30/2026 due to current road and parking lot conditions. At this time, some of our staff members remain without power and water and the ability to reach the office safely. At this time, we plan to re-open for normal business hours on Tuesday, 2/3/2026.

Our office will be closed this afternoon (11/26) and will remain closed Thursday (11/27) and Friday (11/28). We will re-open next week for regular business hours.

TennCare/Medicaid is now managed by Renaissance. Due to this change, your child’s social security number will be REQUIRED in order for insurance verification and billing. We must have this information prior to your child receiving scheduled care. Please be sure you have this information with you upon arrival or call/text our office with this information prior to your visit.

***NOTICE***

Beginning next week, we will be launching a new patient communication software. We are hoping for a smooth transition. We hope this will create a more streamlined way for us to communicate more efficiently with you and also allow our patients more efficient access to us as well.

You can continue to call in as normal or now you can send us a text to 731-968-5437 (our regular office number) and we will be able to text back and forth with you.

As we are still working with the launch process, we will begin a transition to electronic forms/information submission.

We are hoping this will allow us to serve you more efficiently. Please be aware of this transition in the event that you receive multiple appointment reminders as we ensure that all the kinks get worked out.

****We are HIRING****

Currently accepting resumes for a Registered Dental Assistant. Candidate must have a current RDA license and CPR certification. Credentials in nitrous oxide monitoring, radiology, and coronal polishing are desired. Position will be mostly clinical, but some clerical job duties may be required as needed. Position is full time (approximately 32 hours/week).

Resumes may be dropped off at the front desk or emailed to Burke@blpd.net. If you have sent a resume already, please send an email to inform of your continued interest in this position.
