Kendal at Lexington staff had a great evening at the Salem Red Sox game against the Carolina Mudcats!

Despite a few rain delays, everyone enjoyed time together at the ballpark and ended the night with fireworks. ⚾️ 🎆

A huge thank you to the incredible local organizations and vendors who joined us today for our “Funky Wellness Fever” event! This annual wellness fair is a special opportunity for the Kendal at Lexington community to come together and explore resources for physical, mental, emotional, social, and financial well-being (just to name a few).

It was a funky, groovy time filled with activities, engaging conversations, helpful information, and a splash of disco flair. 🪩 We loved seeing our staff and residents connect with local resources, discover new tips for healthier living, and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon.

We are so grateful for the energy, time, and support from everyone who helped make today such a success. Here’s to keeping the Funky Wellness Fever alive all year long!

Today, Kendal at Lexington staff, residents, and loved ones gathered to remember and honor a beloved colleague and friend, Wanda Turner.

Wanda was known for saying, often with a laugh, “You can either laugh or cry about it.” Today, we did a little of both as we celebrated her life.

Thank you to everyone who attended the memorial service in her honor. It was a powerful reminder of the many lives she touched in her years as a valued employee and friend.

Please keep Wanda’s loved ones in your thoughts as they navigate this difficult time. Kendal at Lexington is forever grateful for Wanda, and she will be deeply missed. ❤️
