As the season of gratitude approaches, we are filled with thankfulness for the love and support you share with our residents throughout the year. In the spirit of togetherness, we are delighted to invite you to our annual Thanksgiving Celebration here at Lexington Premier Nursing Home.

This week we were honored to host Congressman Andy Barr at Lexington Premier! 🇺🇸 We are grateful for all of his continued support for the work we do in caring for Kentucky’s seniors and strengthening the long-term care community.

A special thank you as well to Adam Mather, President of the Ky. Association of Health Care Facilities/Ky. Center for Assisted Living for joining us and always advocating for residents, families, and providers across the state.
