Our sample this week comes from - nutrient packed mac-n-cheese, with 15g of plant based protein per serving and 6g fiber. It’s also quite delicious. This isn’t my dad’s amazing mac, but it’s a whole lot better and better for you than the stuff in the blue box or the one with the girl’s name (which nutritionally are almost the same). Pics from plant based class “Mediterranean Style”. Tomato, parsley, avocado and radicchio salad, fattoush salad, lemony chickpea cakes with herby sauce ( ) and sweet potato brownie with chocolate. We added protein powder for blood sugar stabilization. Great class. See you in May!

Carrot scarpaccia — which did not make the cut for tonight’s plant based cooking class (6p) but many other yummies did. Fattoush salad, lemon chickpea cakes with herby vegan aioli, cucumber salad with sumac & herb dressing, and two desserts. A carrot chia cardamom pudding and a flourless chocolate torte topped with Vine to Bar chocolate. One seat is open (and yes… tonight not Friday). DM me if you are interested.
