The Eastern Mountain Leadership Team recently came together for a powerful mix of connection, celebration and growth.

The evening started with a great meal and even better conversation, giving everyone time to recharge and connect outside of the day-to-day. From there, the energy shifted as the team came together to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, bringing plenty of team spirit and camaraderie to the night.

Beyond the fun, the team also spent intentional time diving into Gallup action plans, reflecting on strengths, aligning on goals and building strategies for continued success.

Moments like these remind us that strong teams are built through connection, shared experiences and a commitment to growing together.

Michelle nominates Amber for the Kindness Changes Lives recognition đź’™

Amber shows up for families in a way that truly makes a difference. She listens, encourages and reminds parents of the progress they’ve already made, even when they feel overwhelmed.

Families may come in feeling discouraged, but they leave feeling supported, capable and hopeful.

Whether she’s following up after a tough meeting, celebrating small wins or helping families navigate challenges, Amber creates a space where people feel seen and valued.

Her compassion and authenticity reflect the heart of our work: helping people.

Thank you, Amber, for the way you show up every day and for the lives you impact.

🌟 KVC Kentucky was honored to take part in the Annual Pinwheel Planting at the Capitol Rotunda, standing alongside Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky (PCAK) and our dedicated community partners as we kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month 2026. Joined by Governor Andy Beshear, this meaningful event highlights our shared commitment to keeping kids safe and supporting strong, healthy families across Kentucky.

Each pinwheel planted represents hope, resilience and the promise of a brighter future for every child.

We’re proud to stand with advocates, families and community members who are working every day to make a lasting impact. 💙

This OK Day, take a moment to check in with yourself and with others. It is okay to not have everything figured out and it is okay to reach out for help.

KVC Kentucky team members recently participated in CPR training, strengthening their ability to respond quickly and confidently in emergency situations. The training included hands on instruction and guidance on life saving techniques, helping ensure staff are prepared to take action if the need arises.

Opportunities like this play an important role in maintaining a safe environment for the children, families and communities we serve. By continuing to build these skills, our team shows its commitment not only to compassionate care, but also to preparedness and safety in every aspect of our work.

We are grateful for team members who are always willing to learn and step up to support those around them. đź’™

Today is Everything You Do Is Right Day. Take a moment to feel good about the choices you are making and give yourself a little credit.

Life can be stressful, and many people are quick to focus on what went wrong instead of what went right. Sometimes the most important step is reminding yourself that you are doing your best.

At KVC, our Behavioral Health Services team works alongside children, adults and families every day to build confidence, develop healthy coping skills and navigate life’s challenges. Support can make a meaningful difference when you are working toward better mental health and wellbeing. https://hubs.ly/Q046bLR_0

Today is a great reminder to give yourself grace, recognize your progress and know that support is always available when you need it. đź’™

Our innovative, evidence-based Behavioral Health Services are delivered virtually, in office and in our partner schools.

March is Women’s History Month, a time to recognize the women who lead, support and strengthen our communities every day.

At KVC, women serve as therapists, case managers, mentors, leaders, supporters and advocates for children, individuals and families. Their compassion, resilience and dedication help create safe spaces where people can grow, heal and thrive.

This month, we celebrate the women on our teams and in our communities whose leadership, support and advocacy continue to make a lasting difference.

Thank you for the impact you make every day. đź’™
