There are many ways to position yourself and your baby while breastfeeding. It's important to figure out what works for you so that you and your baby are comfortable.

Here are a few tips that can help, no matter how you position yourself and your baby:
• Pillows! Try them under your arms, elbows, neck or back for support.
• Always bring your baby to ni**le height. Leaning over your baby can cause you pain and make feeding difficult.
