Meditation is an easy reset when faced with stress.
You can meditate anywhere. It is like a time out for our minds and body.
When unexpected storms come into our lives, whether literal or figuratively, Meditation can give you a pause.
Meditation allows you to seek guidance from higher realms and resets your emotions and nervous system.
When you want to panic, anger, react, feel hurt, feel anxious or are triggered..... find a place you can be alone.
Close your eyes, focus on your breathing and allow your body and mind to relax.
If possible play relaxing music or vibrational frequencies to help you relax.
