Gym policy reminder - Please don’t send athletes in more than 5 minutes before their scheduled lesson/class. For our tumbling classes this helps keep distractions to a minimum. For private lessons - it ensures that each athlete can have their alotted time alone to focus. We adore all of our Paragon kiddos and want to make sure that each session is set up to aid in their learning.

🚨 Heads up Paragon families!!! We are hearing all the messages about stomach bugs going around in several towns. We will offer some makeup classes during the Thanksgiving break (on the weekends). Stay tuned and PLEASE keep those kiddos home if they are sick. We will do our part to make sure they don’t miss out this month with the planned gym closure during the WEEK of Thanksgiving! 🦃 The gym will be closed as planned Nov. 23-27.

Fall sleepover for Phoenix! The girls painted pumpkins, played hide and see in the dark and played plenty of volleyball (regular and glow in the dark 💡 ). Competition season is getting closer and we love seeing this group get to spend a little extra time together.
