The Cryo House is a walk-in/or by appointment recovery center that gives professionals, and everyday athletes access to state-of-the-art recovery tools, specialized service providers, and space to treat your body to the best recovery options in Kentucky.
We specialize in techniques and programs to support your body by encouraging top performance levels, aid with chronic pain, inflammation, and rapid recovery. The Cryo House’s ultimate goal is to achieve a state of living without the burden of pain and low energy levels, to also bring the body back to a healthy balance, allowing you to move better, whether in the game of sport or the game of life.
We provide a combination of several alternative therapies: Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Facials and Massage. We are inviting you to join our fun, creative, innovative and dedicated team.
Our hours are Tuesday thru Saturday. Will work approx. 5+ hours a week. Rotate Weekends-Required. Need someone to fill in open shifts.

The employee of The Cryo House will be responsible for the successful functioning of the wellness center. Moreover, he/she will administer the therapies, including cryotherapy and cryo facials, and set up infrared sauna. We are looking for passionate, energetic, dedicated and motivated individual, who wants to make a difference and help people. At least two years Sales experience is a must. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of Marketing experience as well. Someone outgoing.
Job Responsibilities:
Properly cares for the equipment and uses appropriate amounts of product to ensure cost controls
Willing to learn and understand all the benefits of the available services and equipment;
Has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered by the center
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the law and the policies of the center
Performs prep work, properly cleans and restocks rooms and equipment as required
Administers all available therapies at the center (excluding Contract work).
Communicates to management on all occurrences involving staff or guests in the center that require attention
Actively promotes different therapies, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available
Professionally handles guests’ questions and concerns
Helps maintain sales goals.
Provides accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests
Job Qualifications:
Customer service & Sales experience (2 years required)
Marketing Experience (2 years)
Quick learner and able to work in a team
Strong verbal/written communication skills (required)
Functional computer skills (required)
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Fitness and/or Medical knowledge (Required)
Will be trained to become a Certified Cryotherapy Technician
Must have flexibility with schedule.
Required to work at least 1 - 2 Saturdays out of the month.
