Halloween is almost here! 👻Here are some helpful safety tips to ensure our ghouls and goblins have a fun and festive night without any frights.

🎃Costume Safety: choose flame-retardant fabrics, avoid long trailing pieces, and skip masks that block vision. Face paint is a great option!
🎃Visibility: wear bright colors, add reflective tape to costume, carry a flashlight or glow stick at night.
🎃Trick-or-Treat Plan: Map out your route prior to going out, ensure kids always have a buddy or supervising adult, stay in familiar areas, and agree on a meeting spot and time.
🎃Candy Check: Inspect wrappers, toss damaged items, and watch for choking hazards with younger children. If your child has food allergies, sift through treats prior to eating!
