Someone is dying to compete this weekend all women’s comp 🤪 & her dad wants her to go to wrestling camp and her mom wants to lay on the 🏖️ beach!!! So thankful to be her momma and therapist.

Hey loves just a heads up my location in Ivel will be changing to Prestonsburg soon. so excited to see what the future holds as we continue to grow. Ascend_strengthfitness East Kentucky Barbell Fitness Factory. Mid August is the goal. I can't wait to see 🤩 when hes done. I drove by today and the space looks incredible! I also grabbed the best locally made cookies right next door.
