Wednesday Senior Power Hour!

Keep your body moving with our advanced senior fitness class!

When: Wednesdays at 1:00
Cost: $5
Who: Everyone is welcome! However, class size is capped at 10 people so comment, call, or message to if interested.

This class consists of a circuit-training session where we move through a variety of stations within the clinic —including weights, bands, machines, and functional drills—to improve bone density, cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and functional coordination.

This session is designed for seniors who are comfortable walking between stations and remaining on their feet for the full class.

No fancy gear required! Just bring your water bottle!

Monday Senior Strength Class - Get fit while you sit!

When: Mondays at 1:00
Cost: $5
Who: Everyone is welcome! No need to sign up! Just show up!

Join us for a supportive, low-impact workout designed to keep you moving confidently! Build the strength you need to stay independent and active, all from the comfort of a chair!

This class uses light dumbbells and resistance bands to build functional strength and flexibility and is for anyone looking to improve their fitness levels without the fear of trips or falls.

What to Expect: The class is roughly 75% seated, focusing on muscle strengthening and range of motion. For the final 25%, we move into gentle standing exercises designed to improve strength and balance (with the chair always available for steady support)

No gear? No problem! We provide all the necessary bands and weights for the class. However, if you have a favorite set of dumbbells or a preferred resistance band at home, you are more than welcome to bring them along!

Grab your water bottle, put on comfortable clothes, and get ready to feel great! We’ll see you in class! 💪🏼

Who is interested in participating in our first ‘Senior Strength’ classes next Monday and Wednesday at 1:00? It is free for the first week and then likely $5/class. We will cap the class at 10 people. Comment if interested and you want to sign up. It is targeted towards Seniors but is open to anyone and accommodations can be made if needed. 💪
