Most of us are getting back to work or school and let's be honest. Getting back into the swing of things after holiday vacations in the middle of gloomy winter weather can be really tough. So here's a bit of encouragement and some tips on how we can still thrive!
A routine that once seem second nature can be little heavier as we put it back on. Find some time to be still. Reflect on something you're grateful for.
New Year's is a good time to do it. As you're getting back into the routine, throw something small in there that will help you improve something you've been wanting to improve upon.
Remember, you can ease into it. Most folks are feeling it, too.
That connection we often feel during the holidays can take its own form during all times of the year. Intentionally setting time aside to be with those we enjoy being around is crucial to our mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
If you're finding anything challenging in this season, seek out a trusted friend, sponsor, or anyone you're close with and talk through what's going on. As the saying goes, a burden shared is a burden halved.
As always, carve out some time--even if a little-to do something you enjoy that you find restorative to the soul!
Let's thrive in 2026, y'all!
