Knowing the best way to eat can be overwhelming these days with so many different nutritional trends getting lots of attention. But here at Pinnacle Urgent Care, we are big proponents of the Mediterranean diet.
Why? Because it helps reduce things like high cholesterol, heart disease, risk of stroke, chronic disease and inflammation, and more.
That means focusing on:

🐟 Lean proteins (fish, chicken, lentils, beans, etc.)
🧂 Consuming less sodium
