Meet Ashtin! She is a NASM credited personal trainer and has had a passion for fitness and exercise since playing sports as a kid!

Here is a little about Ashtin!

I have a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals. My focus is creating a supportive and positive environment where clients feel empowered to have long-term success. I believe fitness should be an enjoyable and inclusive experience.

Exercise has always been a part of my life, starting as a kid participating in sports. I fell in love with sports and exercise because of the companionship, confidence, and physical & mental wellbeing it provided.

When I’m not training I am a Project Manager, and am passionate about reading, video games, outdoor activities, spending time with my friends, and my pets.
