Our Story

We are a husband and wife team that has set out to change your perception of nutrition! Corey Hawes, a registered dietitian/nutritionist, received his masters in Clinical Nutrition at UK and is set to graduate in 2020 with his doctorate. He has worked with adults and children to provide medical nutrition therapy for a variety of medical conditions. As a fellow athlete, competing in Ironman competitions, he has the knowledge and experience to help athletes achieve personal goals. Natalie Hawes, owner/operator, graduated from UK with a BS in Biomedical Sciences and Nursing. Her knowledge in evidence-based medical research provides the best clinical care to clients. We hope to dispel myths about diet and nutrition while providing realistic plans to accomplish personal goals while maintaining quality of life. From weight and disease management to performance enhancement, we integrate the latest evidence-based research and real-life expectations to formulate an optimal plan for each client. We are dedicated to supporting you through each step of your new journey.
