🚨Important Clarification Regarding our $74.99 Provider Fee 🚨

With recent insurance changes at the start of the year, some patients have experienced difficulty getting their medication covered at the pharmacy. I want to clarify how the provider fee works.

🚫 The $74.99 is NOT a medication fee.

It covers the professional medical services already provided including:

🔹Reviewing your intake and medical history
🔹 Conducting your video visit or reviewing your paperwork for an asynchronous visit
🔹 Medical decision-making and prescription management
🔹 Sending prescription to your chosen pharmacy

This fee is charged regardless of whether insurance ultimately approves it, as these services are completed prior to pharmacy processing. It is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, insurance coverage decisions are made by the insurance company and are outside of my control.
There is a $25 fee for prior authorization paperwork.

For patients receiving compound medication, this fee is already built into package pricing.

I always strive to be transparent and fair while continuing to provide high-quality care and maintain the systems, licenses, and insurance required to safely operate a telehealth practice.
