A natural lift and refined contour 🦋

UPDATE - Dr. Hill’s patient is now two weeks post-op after a deep plane facelift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty and facial fat grafting. We’re taking you through her journey from before → one week → two weeks after surgery.

After one week, swelling and bruising are still very much part of the process. By two weeks, you can already see things starting to settle…improved contour, a more defined neck, and an overall refreshed appearance…while still healing.

One of the most common questions we get is: “What does recovery actually look like?”
This is it. Real timelines, real healing. 🦋
