In 2025, NAMI Louisville has been achieving and setting goals for 2026, and we are excited to share some of them with you! NAMI Louisville plans to extend our connection and resources through our support groups, classes, youth engagement, and our Wellness Wheels! We weren't able to achieve these goals before without you, and NAMI Louisville is asking for your help again. When you help us, we are able to help our Louisville community!

The holiday season is near, and although we spend time with our families and friends, the holidays could bring on some feelings of grief for loved ones. These feelings can be hard sometimes; we don't know how they appear or how to care for ourselves during this time. Although these times can be difficult, NAMI Louisville wanted to share a few tips on ways to make these feelings a little less intense.
