NAMI Kentucky National Alliance on Mental Illness of Kentucky (NAMI Kentucky) Founded in 1979, NAMI has local affiliates in all 50 states.

NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) is the nationโ€™s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with mental illness and families and friends. The Kentucky Chapter of NAMI has approximately 1,000 members, and offers programming and services throughout the Commonwealth. NAMI Louisville is hosting our first Family to Family class in 2026. This class will be held each Wednesday online through zoom from 6:00pm-8:30pm starting February 4th while our last meeting will be on March 25th.

NAMI Louisville Family to Family is a class that help you support your loved ones. This program is taught by facilitators with shared experience who knows what it feels like to care for someone who is dealing with mental health challenges. When you take this class, you receive the tools to feel confident in caring for those you love.
