Key Assets Kentucky had a fantastic time at the Lexington Nonprofit Coalition (LNC) Council Nonprofit Day! 🌟

Ashleigh Dunsmoor, Director of Regional Advocacy and Engagement, shared the Lexington Nonprofit Council’s priorities and highlighted the vital role nonprofits play in our community. Nonprofits connected directly with LFUCG councilmembers and staff in a lively 'speed-dating' format, building stronger partnerships. Thanks to The Hearing and Speech Center for hosting this inspiring event!

Nonprofit Day at the Capitol 💙

Leaders from across Kentucky gathered in Frankfort to advocate for the vital work nonprofits do every day. We’re proud to have our Executive Director, Jennifer Hall, join the conversation - sharing the impact of our services and the importance of supporting children, families, and communities statewide.

The Nonprofit Advocacy Award was given to Representative Samara Heavrin for championing House Bill 805. This bill was responsible for advancing child welfare reform in the 2025 Legislative Session!

A big thank you to Danielle Clore, Executive Director of Kentucky Nonprofit Network, for her leadership and dedication!

Key Assets Kentucky

Both Children in Community Care and Key Assets Behavioral Health work closely with our customers, community partners and stakeholders, including the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS), public and private schools, First Steps and Early Start Programs, pediatricians, hospitals, mental health providers and other community stakeholders to provide high quality services for individuals with complex needs.

Although we were founded in fostering, we’ve become so much more. Our expansion into services for children and families and consultancy and resourcing for the social care sector has helped us make a difference on a wider scale, both in the UK and internationally.

And because we’re founder-led we never lose sight of what made us begin our journey back in 1994. We’ve never stopped wanting more for children, families and communities and that’s why we’re proud of our history and excited about our future.
