Shoulder, neck, or back discomfort that you’re not quite sure how to handle?
This Saturday, is hosting a free, educational workshop at all about understanding pain, posture, and performance so you can make more confident choices in your workouts and everyday life.
If you’ve ever wondered whether you should push through discomfort or pull back, this session will help you better understand what your shoulders and spine are actually telling you and how to support them long term.
We’ll cover how to interpret pain signals, how desk work and posture affect movement, and simple, practical strategies to keep your shoulders and spine feeling strong and supported.
Open to lifters, yogis, desk workers, and anyone who wants to train smarter, not just harder.
