Instead, Kennedy wants to scrap them entirely — a sharp break from the nutrition science panel that urged beans be recognized for both their protein and fiber. Public health experts warn the move could ripple across everyday diets, school lunches, and the $2 billion bean industry.

New research about Celiac disease and gluten causing brain damage. This is a disheartening study that shows how important it is to stay gluten-free.

❓Did you know that researchers have found people with celiac disease are at higher risk of brain damage?

"Researchers from the University of Sheffield have confirmed there does appear to be a risk of neurological damage for people living with CD, driven by their autoimmune response to gluten exposure.

👉Previous research has also shown that 50% of newly diagnosed CD patients present with neurological symptoms.

👉Population studies show that living with CD may increase the risk of developing conditions like vascular dementia in older age."
