The shift in the clock doesn't just mess with your sleep; it throws off your circadian rhythm, impacting mood and metabolism. Beat the lag with this simple three-part plan focusing on your daily habits!

1. 🍽️ Smart Fuel for a Stable Mood
A disrupted schedule can lead to cravings. Fight back with consistent, balanced meals to stabilize your energy and blood sugar.

Eat for the New Time: Try to shift your mealtimes 15 minutes earlier/later (consistent with the clock change) in the days leading up to the switch. This helps your digestive system's "clock" adjust faster.
