It’s truly a privilege to not only work alongside you, but to celebrate holidays, share laughs, dress up, and enjoy fun moments together as a team. The joy we create with one another doesn’t stay behind the scenes, our residents feel it too. Because we have fun together and care about one and other, our campus feels warmer, more connected, and more like family.

Staff spotlight- Meet Kevin! For the last 2 years if you’ve walked through the doors of The Willows at Fritz Farm there’s a 💯 chance you’ve been greeted with his warmth, kindness and smile. He greets you by name, has a hug for everyone and will stop what he’s doing to help anyone in need. I asked him about his ability to always be positive and he said, “I may be having a bad day but our residents would never know it and I’ll never show it…” He takes the responsibility that we are working in our residents home to heart and he leads with a servants heart that leaves everyone feeling better.

This Christmas we were proud to reward one of the kindest and hardest working people we know with his Live a Dream as he and his daughter cruised to Nassau, swam with dolphins, took in all the shows and spent well deserved time bonding with his daughter.

Our team members are what make The Willows at Fritz Farm so special. Come say hi to Kevin and let him show you the campus he is so proud to be part of!
