The observation that life coaches experience adversity is true and is often an essential part of their professional development. A life coach title does not imply a perfect life free of troubles but rather signifies their training and skills in guiding others through obstacles, a skill that can be strengthened through personal experience with adversity. I will share in my next few posts some powerful lessons life has taught me recently while facing totally unexpected adversity!
