Yesterday less than an hour before we were scheduled to hold orientation with new Care Team Members, a construction truck ran into an electrical pole outside our office complex, shutting down all the power and Internet.
Did our team panic? Cancel orientation? Complain? Nope! The team sprang into action finding every candle, flashlight, and emergency lightβ¦and went on about the business of training new people to provide compassionate care to our community.
Kudos to our great office team and the 8 new Care Team Members who were good sports and hung in there with us.
This is the Always Best Care difference. We do what we say, even if we have to improvise a little. π We are there for each other, always, and weβll be there for you and your family too.
