CHAIR YOGA 🪑🧘🏻♀️ allows you to stretch, strengthen, and relax without having to get down on the floor. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking to ease tension and improve mobility, this class incorporates seated, standing, and balance poses using a chair for support. You will ado use weights for added strength and fun!
Led by the incredible 💕an experienced & compassionate instructor. Jeanne will guide you through mindful, functional movement, breath-work, and relaxation techniques that promote flexibility, balance, and a sense of calm. ✨
