It is time to sign up for The New Year Yoga Beginner Series with & - two of the very best guides!! It’s is 4 Saturdays: 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31- 12:15-1:30pm, LPY Lexington Studio

This series is carefully crafted for those taking their first steps into yoga, offering a welcoming and accessible approach to enhance your overall well-being.

🌟 You will learn the foundations of Yoga: Begin with the basics as we delve into foundational yoga poses, techniques to suit your body, and proper alignment. Learn the fundamental principles that form the basis of a strong and sustainable yoga practice.

🤸 You will gain confidence and strength, we’ll introduce progressive challenges to deepen your practice. Explore variations of poses and sequences that will encourage your growth and development on your yoga journey.

👥 You will find a Supportive Community: Join a community of like-minded individuals on the same path. Share experiences, ask questions, and celebrate milestones as you connect with others who are also embracing the joys of yoga.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this Beginner’s Yoga Series is your gateway to a more balanced, flexible, and centered you.

After these four sessions (or even during them) you will be eligible to do the Newcomer Special for FREE - enjoying 2 weeks of unlimited regularly scheduled classes!

Have you been wanting to do yoga but your shoulder is bothering you? Have you wanted to perfect your chair pose? Do you crave a class that is fun, full of connection and leaves you feeling great?! We have the perfect experience for YOU! ✨ Join us on Friday mornings at 11 AM. teaches an incredible class complete with meditation, weights, laughter and of course, yoga.
This is not your nana’s although you can bring her too! 🤣 This class is the way it is meant to be!
Jeanne will have all of your props ready and you walk in to a challenging class that has the elements of a spa experience.
