Good vibes + open HEARTS Partner POWER flow 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Join Kassie and Rae on Valentine’s Day morning to get your day of love started off right! We will warm up with some slow stretching into 45 minutes of a heated power vinyasa flow with fun partner yoga poses, ending with an extended heart opening savasana! Bring your partner or a friend and all your lovin energy!
Hands on assists will be given 🤍

Class will be 11:00am - 12:30 and will include a Valentines treat💘

“ I got into yoga about 4.5 years ago. Started right off the bat with hot power yoga with Alissa! I Immediately knew it was going to be a thing I did weekly. The longer I practiced and started doing it at home the more I realized how much good it did for me! I thought it would be so cool if I could share and create this experience for other people as well. A studio I knew was a hosting a 200hr certification program so I took the leap in June 2025 to do it! I’ll be 200hr certified in January and ready to see where it takes me”
