Our management team - Amy, Hannah, Sadie, and Katie - gave an emotional testimony last week to the Disability majors of University of Kentucky about the work they do at the Bob Brown House. We love getting a chance to spread the word about our organization and we are excited for this next generation who is passionate about this population. Especially our director, who is a UK Alumni! 💙

And I thought the bad roads were the worst part of this cold weather…more than $7000 electric bill for our two buildings on Rogers Rd…now that’s a serious hardship for us!

We LOVE our LOVES here at the BBH 💕❤️💙💜💛🤎 Look at these cuties all dressed up for the Valentine’s Day dance!!! Thank you always to our chaperones, decorators, DJs, and dance queens!!! We had a great time with some great karaoke!!!

We’ve been preparing all week for what’s to come, but I have to admit I spent most of yesterday in panic mode. Caring for 70 people when the forecast is bleak is hard on the mind and the body. All my staff is ready and all the groceries have been purchased. But I decided at the last minute to be better safe than sorry and found the last generator in all of Central Kentucky for the farm in Mount Sterling. Matt picked it up last night and is getting it installed today. Like all big purchases, it was a hit to our small budget so I added a button for you to donate if you can. Please pray for all of us in the days ahead.
