Sound bath tonight is canceled for low attendance.
Next sound bath will be in January.
There will be a yoga and sound bath workshop on Saturday, December 13th at 4 pm. Register on the website and the first 9 people get the chance to do a floating sound bath in the aerial hammocks.
$25 for 45 minutes of yoga with sound and 45 minutes sound bath.

We had fun with our fall/Halloween themed black light aerial yoga last night. It was suggested that we keep the glowing going during the dark winter nights. What do you think? More glow for the winter?

So much fun it's spooky! Only 8 spots for black light aerial, so book ahead to get your spot. We'll have a great playlist and do all the themed poses, like bat and crow. Come dressed in white or neon colors so you'll be sure to glow brightly.

Social.dance starts tomorrow for 4 weeks. Not too late to join in. 6 - 7 pm. Wear shoes with hard soles (not sneakers) and bring a partner or come yourself.
