We would like to give a very heartfelt thank you to those who have helped make this Christmas Season wonderful for our residents. To the churches who came to carol, thank you, they enjoyed it so much! To those in our community who donated items for gifts, thank you!! Every item will be given out and is much appreciated. I didn't get to personally thank those who donated but I know we received items from Linda Zumalt, Ryan Dougherty, Gloria Hanrahan and Tammy Anderson. We cannot thank you enough for your continued support of our facility and residents.

Our staff and residents wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!!!

We’re kicking off Christmas Spirit Week at Riverbend Heights Health & Rehabilitationin cozy style! 🧣👕 Today is Mad About Plaid Monday ,and our halls are filled with festive plaids, warm smiles, and holiday cheer.

From classic reds and greens to fun flannel favorites, our residents and staff are showing off their plaid pride and spreading Christmas joy all around. 🎅✨

Thank you Julie Minich and Faith Hospice for helping us make graham cracker houses and ice cream cone trees. Lots of laughs were had while making our sad little houses and some couldn't wait to sample their masterpieces.

We have had people within the community ask us about adopting a resident for Christmas. For those wishing to participate, we have compiled a list of general items that are needed and can be given to a resident in need. Please drop off any items, unwrapped, at the north entrance of the facility between 8am and 5pm by December 23rd. If you need to drop off after hours, please let us know and we can make arrangements.

Items:
-Women's nightgown sizes Sm to 3xl
-Men's sweatpants and pajama bottoms sizes Sm to 3xl
-Cardigan style sweaters sizes Sm to 3xl
-Men's tees-size Sm to 4xl
-Any and all kinds of snacks
-Hygiene products such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.
-Men's and Women's crew sicks
-Twin and Full size bedspreads and comforters.
We can also use new or gently used coats size Sm to 4xl.

Here at Riverbend Heights, our residents are busy making their own special Christmas lists filled with cozy comforts, favorite goodies, and simple joys that make this time of year so meaningful. 💛

If you’d like to help make the holidays extra special, we are putting together a list of requests and needs in which we will need donations . Your kindness can bring so much joy and cheer to someone’s season. 🎁🎄
