Join UK Health and Wellness for: The Whole You
(our well-being challenge from December 1st-14th)

This challenge is designed to support and grow six areas of personal well-being: financial, intellectual, mental and emotional, occupational, physical (exercise and nutrition), social

Each area will have its own channel on a Microsoft Teams board. You can complete them wherever you choose! There are 14 total activities, and the more you do, the more entries you will earn towards a raffle for exciting prizes! You can also share photos and reflections about your experiences with other challenge participants on each channel. Let’s inspire each other and make this a celebration of The Whole You!

Holiday Hours! Thanksgiving is next week and MoveWell will be closed. Seaton will not open at 4pm on Wednesday the 26th, and both locations will be closed Thursday and Friday. Export will reopen with normal hours on Saturday the 29th.

Lexie brings over eight years of experience in the health and wellness industry, and has worked with individuals at many stages of their wellness journeys. She specializes in HIIT and circuit training and is especially passionate about coaching women’s strength training.
