About Us:
Core4 Therapy is a pediatric therapy center specializing in developmental support for children of all ages. We are committed to family-centered care and playful, evidence-based therapy.

Your Responsibilities:
• Perform evaluations for pediatric clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one pediatric occupational therapy sessions focused on sensory processing, motor planning, self-regulation and more.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other pediatric specialists to ensure holistic support
• Document progress, set measurable goals, and adapt treatment based on child development
• Provide education and tools to families to support therapy goals at home

Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy with a focus on sensory integration is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a child-centered, playful approach to therapy.

Flexible part-time and full-time positions available.

We are thrilled to report that our social groups have made an excellent start! What are social groups? Our social group program is designed to help children recognize and understand different emotions (happy, sad, mad, excited, etc.) and the triggers that cause these emotions. We furnish children with tools to help them manage their emotions and regain a calm, happy state. Through interactive games, children practice these skills with their peers in the group, which is our main emphasis. In light of the challenges posed by Covid and our technology-centric world, where social skills are becoming increasingly difficult to acquire, especially for children, we have launched these groups. So much has happened in the 12 years we’ve been in business at Core4 Therapy! We now offer speech-language, occupational, and physical therapies at our Lexington and Wi******er locations.
