For our October , we’d like you to meet Bob!
He has only lived at Barclay House for eight months, and he consistently displays our core values! He always offers a kind smile to everyone, helps anyone in need, and is always ready to make a new friend. He feels very lucky to have his family, children, and friends, whom he considers huge blessings.
One thing he loves about living at Barclay House is interacting with the residents, staff, and volunteers. He says he appreciates the accessibility our community provides and how kind the staff members are to the residents. He also enjoys performing with one of his best friends, Ed, during our Friday Happy Hours.
Fun fact: Bob is an Army Veteran, father of four, and a Christian who was adopted at the age of eight. He loves to sing and has been in a choir since high school. His favorite movie is The Sound of Music, and he enjoys old country music.
Bob has brought so much life to Barclay House, and we are so lucky to have him!
