Michelle is the kind of team member every workplace hopes for. She’s incredibly organized during her sessions, always fully engaged with her clients, and constantly looking for new ways to encourage and support them. She takes full advantage of pairing opportunities and somehow still finds time to jump in and help other staff whenever they need it. Michelle communicates well with the team, goes above and beyond for her clients, and truly loves helping people succeed.

When she’s not being an amazing teammate, you’ll probably find her watching scary movies, grabbing a slice of pizza, or channeling the inspiration she gets from her real-life hero—her mom. Whether it’s supporting her clients, helping her coworkers, or just bringing great energy to the team, Michelle makes a positive impact everywhere she goes. Honestly, if surviving scary movies, helping people, and loving pizza were job requirements, Michelle would still be overqualified!
