Just a few updates :

After taking some much needed time off for sweet Millie, Dr. Jacqui is coming back!

"I know I'm late, just take 30 minutes off of my appointment!"

We hear this often and, while sometimes it's possible, we want to explain why it may not be!

Acupuncture treatments are not like massages. While you may be present in the office for an hour or so, your acupuncturist is taking care of more than one patient during that time. Often, after doing your intake and placing your needles, we are then doing manual therapy and removing needles from another patient. It's important for us to keep this flow going, as starting your treatment 10+ minutes late then leaves the previous patient on the table longer than they were meant to be, then the next patient gets started late, etc.

We NEVER want to turn away a patient, I promise! Your health and wellbeing matter so much to us, and we always want to do everything we can to accommodate your busy schedules. Sometimes, unfortunately, our own schedules don't allow us the flexibility to do so. We hope this explanation helps everyone understand why those situations might arise!
