As Lexington’s holistic health center since 2013, we remain committed to doing so through the moving, visual and healing arts. Our highly trained and trusted practitioners are passionate about reaching clients and students committed to evolution, empowered wellness, and community. Our team includes Licensed Massage Therapists, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Cranial Sacral Therapists, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Yoga Teachers, certified meditation instructors, Taiji, Qigong, and Capoeira instructors, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & transformational life coach, an intuitive development coach, a relationship and intimacy coach, Reiki practitioners, and sound healing facilitators. Our studio features a variety of daily classes, workshops, and events focused on creative and structured somatic (embodied) practices, restorative group therapies, and personal development. We offer walk-in massage and acupuncture hours, host a local community-supported agriculture (CSA) pickup, and host private events, community outreach programs, corporate wellness retreats, and trainings. We also share our facility with the Lexington Salt Cave and encourage you to visit their site and book a session so you can experience the benefits of halotherapy. We offer combined packages and some of our bodywork team offers services in their space! While you're here, you may notice our retail selection of CBD products, candles, aromatherapy, and much more. Each of these items were carefully selected by our team, merited on scales of the manufacturer's transparency, social ethics, environmental friendliness, financial accessibility, and proximity to the Central Kentucky area. ✨The next Community Breathwork Sessions with Josh and Lauren are Saturday, October 18th and November 22nd from 10:30-12pm.

✨Discover what it feels like to breathe easier. Soften the stuck and stagnant places, free up vital life force energy. Gain greater health, core strength, self awareness, and connection to others and the field around us.

✨No registration is required but please do be on time as we will lock the doors promptly at 10:30am. This breathing practice is simple yet profound and ushers us back into the vitality, wisdom and wonder of our body in fluid presence.

✨Even a few minutes a day can be life changing!
This is wonderful practice to do solo or with a partner. No experience is necessary.

✨Please be aware we have a flight of stairs to climb. We will provide props. Please dress in comfy loose clothes and bring your water bottle and journal.

Centered is seeking a kind and self-accountable LMT part-time room renter for our South Mill St. location. Monthly rental offers access to a large 17x17 sq ft, beautifully decorated treatment room 3.5 days per week, client restroom, private handwashing area for therapists, and shared chill space.
LMT will need to provide their own linens, oils, files, bookkeeping, schedule and share in general housekeeping.
This is an awesome opportunity to practice in a quiet historic downtown 2nd story location alongside longtime holistic practitioners.
