How to do Auto Draft
I recommend you do this from your desk top computer, but you can use safari on your phone. Go to: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com

Type in: Ivy League Strength

Create a profile and be sure to include your phone number (I need to be able to text you if I have to cancel)

Click: ONLINE STORE

Directly under online there are two tabs- “services” and “contracts”
Click: CONTRACTS

It will say- “Which Contract would you like?” with a drop down tab. Click the tab and choose which contract you would like to buy (4, 8 or 12 classes a month). You can cancel your contract at any time, but be sure to cancel a couple days before you draft. Class prices:
4 times a month (average 1 time per week) = $50 $12.50 per class
8 times a month (average 2 times per week)= $90 $11.25 per class
12 times a month (average 3 times per week) = $120 $10 per class
In comparison to $16-$20 per class! Need to know! Bring a mat and towel! Drink 2-4L of water the days you come to hot yoga. Don’t eat about 2 hours before class. Bring a change of loose clothes so you don’t have to drive home wet, or keep a towel in your car. Don’t forget to cancel if you don’t plan on coming to class. I wait around 5 mins for people, so don’t make me wait for you. If you know you’ll be later than 5 mins TEXT me at 502-599-9703 and I’ll set you up, don’t wait too late to text me or I won’t see it and you’ll get locked out. Also, be sure to cancel because someone else might want your spot. If I have less than two people, I may cancel. That’s why I need your phone number listed on MINDBODY so I can text you. If you late cancel in enough time for me to see and someone else to be able to sign up, I try to remember to add your class back in, if I don’t, you just need to send me a text to remind me to add your class back in. Hi everyone! Just a quick reminder about class minimums:

To hold class, at least 4 people need to be signed up 3 hours in advance. I sometimes let this slide when I’m teaching because I truly love being there with you, but while I have subs covering classes, I’ll be strictly enforcing this policy so they don’t get burned out (teaching two hours is no joke!).

With spring break next week, I know many of you will be traveling, so some classes may be canceled due to low attendance. The only class I’ve canceled in advance is Easter Sunday.

You can find the sub schedule posted on the fridge.

Thanks so much for understanding and supporting the studio! 💛

Hot yoga just hits different 🔥

Nothing better than a good sweat, a clear mind, and a reset.

See you on the mat 🧘‍♀️

Have you been wanting to try my class but “tails of my terror go far and wide” well that’s valid, especially for bootcamp, but stretching is different, anyone can do stretching even if you’re brand new, injured, or just looking to reduce injuries from your other activities. Even though stretching is a very easy class, you still are in a sauna so you’re burning the same amount of calories an extremely advanced yoga class would burn in normal temperature.

Once you watch this video ask yourself, “can I do this?” If the answer is yes- you’re ready! Text me at (502) 599-9703 and you can get 4 classes for $50 in a month.

It’s time with

Yoga isn’t just about looking good for the beach on spring break.

For many of us, that stage of life has passed anyway.

Now it’s about something deeper. It’s about moving well, protecting our backs and knees, supporting our bodies through menopause, and staying strong enough to live the life we want.

Yoga becomes less about aesthetics and more about longevity.

It’s about maintaining mobility, reducing pain, managing stress, and keeping an active, healthy body for decades to come.

Because the real goal isn’t a beach body.

The real goal is a body that still carries you confidently through your 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.

This photo popped up on my Facebook as a 10-year memory. For a second I felt a little sad. How did I go from a six-pack to being 15–20 pounds heavier over the last decade?

Then I remembered… I’m almost 40.

If I didn’t work out almost every day, that 20 pounds could easily be 40. Every year our metabolism slows a little and it gets harder to maintain our 30-year-old weight.

Sure, I could be stricter. No desserts. No eating out. But at what cost?

I love life. I want to try new restaurants with my babe. I need a few sweets every week. I’m just never going to be the person who lives by a perfectly strict diet.

What I can do is keep moving.

Exercise isn’t just about abs. It keeps me strong enough to travel, explore, and move through the world without pain. My knees bend. I can lift my arms high. My back is strong.

I might not have a six-pack anymore, but I have the mobility and endurance to travel across the world searching for the best food on the planet.

And honestly… that’s what matters most. 🌎

The Best Nap of Your Life Starts Here.

If you’ve been craving deep relaxation and real recovery, look no further than Recovery Sessions at Ivy League Strength.

In one private, uninterrupted session, you’ll experience three advanced recovery modalities at the same time:

• FDA-approved red light therapy
• Premium leg compression boots to support circulation and muscle recovery
• Infrared sauna mat (heats up to 160°) with integrated PEMF therapy

What is PEMF?
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy) delivers gentle electromagnetic pulses through the body to support circulation, relaxation, cellular function, and post-workout recovery. When combined with infrared heat, it creates a deeply calming, full-body reset.

Unlike other places in town, you don’t have to move room to room or book separate sessions. Everything happens simultaneously in one private space. You relax. I check on you periodically to make sure everything is perfect.

You also get to customize your experience:
• Choose your own music
• Complimentary face mask, foot mask, or eye mask
• Total privacy and comfort

Pricing:
60 minutes – $60
90 minutes – $90
120 minutes – $120

Two people can book at the same time. You’ll share the red light and sauna mat, and I provide two sets of compression boots.

If you’re ready to reset your nervous system, relax deeply, and walk out feeling restored, text me to schedule your session.

* edit- I will also provide these in replacement for missed personal sessions, so if you cancel before the 48 hour cancellation window you will be supplemented with this, which is still taking a financial hit, but at least you won’t loose all of your session money. Remember all sessions canceled within 48 hours are subject to full payment.
